Bermondsey Tracks

We transformed a 90,000 sq ft site in South Bermondsey into a versatile multi-use destination. After carrying out a full site clean-up, Bermondsey Tracks was activated for filming, matchday parking, and unit bases, with a premises licence secured to host large-scale music events, community gatherings, and brand activations.

By utilising our network of event organisers, film contacts, and operational partners, we generated new revenue streams for the site while providing ArchCo with consistent interim income during the pre-development phase.
